🌊 TideWatcher

🌊 Living, breathing tides for your coastlines.

SpigotMinecraft 1.21 1 command

Overview

TideWatcher gives your ocean biomes a realistic rhythm of rising and falling water. On a configurable timer the sea swells into a high tide that floods coastal blocks above sea level, then recedes into a low tide that uncovers hidden tide pools and even the occasional buried shipwreck full of loot. The shifting tides change how players interact with the coast. During high tide, swimmers can ride the surf for a speed boost — with optional drowning danger for the unprepared. During low tide, digging through shore sand and gravel can turn up prismarine, nautilus shells, and other ocean treasures. A simple /tide command lets any player check the current state and the time until the next change, while admins can force high or low tide on demand.
