These terms govern the use of Spaleforce and the purchase of the subscriptions and content offered on the platform. They are written to be read: each section states exactly what applies.
These terms govern access to the Spaleforce platform and the sale of the subscriptions and digital content offered on it. They form a contract between you and the operator identified in the next section.
Creating an account and placing any order means you accept these terms in full, in the version in force on the day of the order. A copy is emailed to you when you subscribe.

Spaleforce is an AI-assisted generation platform. It notably lets you:
Using the service requires an account created with a valid email address or a third-party authentication provider.
The service is reserved for people aged 15 or over. Minors may only take out a paid subscription with the agreement of their legal representative. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
An account is personal. Sharing an account between several people, or creating multiple accounts to get around quotas, is prohibited.
The platform offers a free plan and two monthly subscriptions with no commitment:
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Under article 293 B of the French tax code, VAT is not applicable: the displayed prices are therefore net.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. Any price change affecting a running subscription is notified at least 30 days in advance and only takes effect at the next renewal; you remain free to cancel before that date.
Ordering follows these steps: choosing a plan, accepting these terms and the immediate start of the service, then paying on our provider's secure page. The double click amounts to an electronic signature and makes the order binding.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No card data is stored on our servers.
An order confirmation is emailed to you: it repeats the plan, the price, the renewal terms and the consent collected in respect of the right of withdrawal. Stripe also issues a receipt.
Pro and Ultimate subscriptions run for one month and renew automatically every month by direct debit until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time, free of charge and without notice, from your account: the "Manage my subscription" button in the shop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which you have already paid for; access remains open until then and no further payment is taken.
In line with article L215-1-1 of the French consumer code, cancellation is available online, in a few clicks, by the same means as subscribing.
As a consumer, you have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give a reason (art. L221-18 of the French consumer code).
To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to contact@spaleforce.com, or use the model form below. Reimbursement is made within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same means of payment.
Exception — immediate start: our services are supplied immediately after payment. Before confirming your order you must tick a box by which you expressly request that immediate start and acknowledge the consequence: you lose your right of withdrawal over digital content as soon as it is made available to you (art. L221-28, 13°), and if you withdraw from the service portion you remain liable for the amount corresponding to what has already been supplied, calculated pro rata (art. L221-25).
Without that express consent, the right of withdrawal applies in full. Proof of the consent — exact wording, date and time — is retained and repeated in your order confirmation email.

Outside the right of withdrawal and the statutory guarantees, amounts paid are not refundable: neither started months nor unused quotas. No compensation is due for partial use of the service.
This rule never overrides the mandatory rights you hold under consumer law, in particular reimbursement following a validly exercised withdrawal or a lack of conformity.
If you intend to dispute a payment with your bank, please contact us first: most situations are resolved within hours.
The digital service is supplied in conformity with the contract. You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity under articles L224-25-12 and following of the French consumer code, throughout the period the service is supplied.
Where the service does not conform, you may require it to be brought into conformity free of charge and without unreasonable delay. Failing that, you may obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract, as provided by law. These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.
To rely on them, describe the problem to contact@spaleforce.com or through a support ticket; we handle such requests as a priority.
The plugins, 3D models, textures and code produced on the platform are generated automatically by artificial intelligence systems from your instructions. This information is given under article 50 of the European AI Act.
The result depends directly on how precise your instructions are and is not deterministic: two identical requests may produce different results. We do not guarantee that generated content will match a subjective expectation, nor that it will be free of errors.
It is up to you to test any generated content before using it in production, in particular on a server hosting players. The stated quotas let you re-run and refine a generation as often as your plan allows.
The platform, its visual identity, its code and its documentation remain the exclusive property of the operator. Any unauthorised reproduction or adaptation is prohibited.
As for the content you generate:
The marketplace hosts content published by the operator and by users. By publishing content you warrant that you hold the rights to it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to distribute it on the platform and its promotional channels.
Any manifestly illegal content may be removed. You can report content to contact@spaleforce.com: we acknowledge the report, review it and inform its author of any removal decision, together with the available remedies.
Buying marketplace content grants a right of use under the licence shown on its page; it does not transfer its creator's copyright.
Discord bot hosting is included in the Pro and Ultimate plans, up to 500 MB of memory per bot, with automatic restart after an incident.
Without a subscription, a bot can be started manually but is stopped automatically every night. We may suspend a bot that consumes abnormal resources or is used for spam or unlawful activity.
You may not use Spaleforce to:
We do everything we can to keep the service continuously available, without being able to guarantee it absolutely: interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical incidents or a provider's failure.
Daily quotas reset every day at midnight UTC. They are a fair-use limit designed to preserve service quality for everyone; they may be adjusted, with prior notice if they are reduced.
We are liable under ordinary law for direct damage resulting from a breach of our obligations.
We cannot, however, be held liable for damage resulting from using generated content without testing it first, from changes you made yourself, from a defect specific to your own hosting or third-party software, or from unavailability attributable to a third-party service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory guarantee of conformity, the guarantee against hidden defects, or our liability in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, in particular of the prohibited uses, we may suspend or close an account. Except in cases of obvious abuse or legal obligation, such a decision is preceded by a warning and is reasoned.
Closing an account for breach does not give rise to a refund of amounts already due. You may challenge the decision at contact@spaleforce.com and ask for your creations to be returned to you.
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Any complaint must first be sent to us at contact@spaleforce.com or through a support ticket: we reply within 14 days.
If that fails, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator we have subscribed to, in accordance with article L612-1 of the French consumer code. This route is optional and does not exclude any court action.

These terms are governed by French law.
As a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
We may amend these terms. Orders already placed remain governed by the version accepted at the time of the order.
Any substantial change affecting a running subscription is notified at least 30 days before it takes effect; you may cancel free of charge before that date if it does not suit you.
