Overview
EchoMarket turns your server into a dynamic trading economy where prices are never static. Each item's price drifts over time based on volatility, mean-reversion toward a base value, and real supply-and-demand pressure generated by player activity. Players sell items directly from their inventory at the current price — and large sells visibly depress the market. Browsing a category shows live prices and trend arrows, while the chart command renders an ASCII history graph of an item's recent movement. When prices crash below or spike above configured thresholds, the server can broadcast the event, and players who were offline get a catch-up notice the next time they log in.

Commands
/market browse <category> | /market sell <item> <quantity> | /market chart <item>browse lists items and trends in a category; sell sells items from your inventory at the live price (and impacts it); chart shows an ASCII price-history graph for an item.
Installation
- 1Drop the .jar into your server's /plugins folder.
- 2Restart or reload the server.
- 3Built for Minecraft 1.21 — no extra dependencies required.
Configuration
config.yml sets starting balance, volatility, the re-pricing interval, chart history length, crash/spike thresholds, demand pressure weight, event broadcasting, plus the base-prices and browse categories for every tradeable item.
