04Data we collect

We only collect what the service needs to work:

  • Account data: email address, display name, avatar, interface language.
  • Sign-in data: authentication provider identifier, last sign-in date, IP address.
  • Content you create: instructions sent to the AI, generated code, 3D models, uploaded files.
  • Billing data: plan, amounts, dates. Card numbers never pass through our servers — they are entered directly with Stripe.
  • Support exchanges: the content of your tickets and their attachments.

05How AI uses your content

The instructions you write and the files you upload are sent to AI model providers in order to produce the requested result. They are sent for that purpose only.

Your content is not used to train our own models. Some providers are located outside the European Union: those transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Never put sensitive data, passwords or API keys in your instructions.

06Cookies and trackers

Spaleforce uses no advertising cookie and no third-party profiling tracker. No consent banner is therefore required for the following, which are exempt under the French data protection authority's guidance:

  • Authentication session cookie: required to keep you signed in.
  • Language preference cookie: remembers the language you picked.
  • Cart and referral cookies: keep your selection and where your visit came from.
  • Internal audience measurement: page-view counting, not cross-referenced with other processing and never shared with a third party.

07Security

Data is hosted on European infrastructure, traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and database access is restricted to authorised people.

In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk to your rights, the French data protection authority is notified within 72 hours and you are informed without undue delay.

08Your rights

Under articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your account and related data, subject to our accounting obligations.
  • Right to restriction and right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
  • Right to portability: receive your projects in a reusable format.
  • Right to give instructions about what happens to your data after your death.

09How to exercise your rights

Write to contact@spaleforce.com from your account email address. We answer within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — www.cnil.fr — or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

10Minors

The service is reserved for people aged 15 or over. Below that age, registration requires the authorisation of a parent or guardian.

Paid subscriptions are reserved for adults, or for minors with the agreement of their legal representative.
