Overview
EnchantPlus expands Minecraft's enchanting system with a roster of custom enchantments that fire off special effects in combat and while mining. Lifesteal heals you on each successful hit, Thunderstrike can summon lightning, Frostbite inflicts Slowness, and Explosive may trigger a small blast. Miners get utility too: Telepathy routes block drops straight to your inventory and Auto-Smelt smelts ores the moment they're mined. Every enchantment is defined in config.yml with its own display name, max level, trigger chance, and power scaling — so admins can balance them however they like. Enchantments can be handed out in-game with /enchantplus give.

Commands
/enchantplus <list|give|reload>List custom enchantments, give one to a player (/enchantplus give <player> <enchant> <level>), or reload the config.

Configuration
config.yml defines each enchantment with a display name, max level, chance-per-level, power-per-level, and description. The exact meaning of chance and power depends on the enchantment (e.g. Lifesteal power = HP healed per hit, Explosive power = blast radius).
